We've been in DC for the past couple of days and everything is in bloom. It's been 75-plus degrees and sunny, with the smell of blooming magnolias everywhere you walk. It's perfect. Kyle had to go to a conference for work both days, so I kept myself entertained by exploring this city that I love so much. Here are some snapshots I took while walking from the Eastern Market to the Washington Monument (it was a long walk!)
Pink, pink, everywhere:
I could go on forever about how much I love DC. I think it's one of the most architecturally beautiful cities in the world, and is really underrated.
I hope you're having a wonderful Thursday and that signs of spring are beginning to pop up wherever you are! We're off to brave the line-up at Georgetown Cupcake before we venture into the abyss that is DC rush hour!
