I love small-space living. I would be happy living in an apartment for a long, long time if only noise weren't an issue. When Kyle and I lived in Korea, our apartment walls were made out of concrete, so we heard nothing. Trying to hang pictures was an insane ordeal (many contorted drill bits were thrown in fits of rage), but we really were spoiled in terms of privacy. Now, reality has struck in the form of drywall, but I honestly love our little apartment so much that hearing our neighbours every so often is not the hugest deal in the grand scheme of things.
We have pretty hardwood floors, lots of light and lots of white. It's tiny and cozy and I couldn't ask for a more perfect space. I'm going to take some wide-angle photos of my apartment at some point soon, but for now I thought I'd just share some little snippets of our home.
The little flowers above are actually a few of the boutonnieres that Kyle and his groomsmen wore in our wedding last year! I hung onto them and put them in this tiny white vase and use them as a centerpiece on our little bistro dining table year-round. They were handmade by this wonderful Etsy shop and remain one of my very favorite wedding details.
I hope you're having a wonderful Tuesday! I love, love, love looking at pictures of fellow bloggers' living spaces, so if you've shared yours, feel free to leave me a link in the comments!
