A Sunday spent in the country. Picking peaches and enjoying a bottle of wine at our favorite local vineyard. Staring out into the water as dark clouds rolled over the mountains, turning the sky pitch black. An afternoon away from the computers, which we both needed desperately, and a chance to enjoy the stillness of a summer that I feel like I've almost blinked and missed.
Now I have fifteen not-quite-ripe peaches sitting on my kitchen counter and a sky full of soft, gray clouds outside my window. Feeling rejuvenated. It's a good day for a Monday.
